We assist employers who wish to sponsor their employees for employment-based nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, and E-2. We also help both employers and individuals pursue permanent employment-based and self-sponsored visas, including EB-1, NIW, and EB-2 and EB-3 PERMs.

Our firm guides U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents through the process of sponsoring their relatives for permanent residence. Every family's situation is truly unique, and we understand the importance of engaging in a full and frank review of all facts at the outset of every case. 

Certain family members of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents are able to obtain permanent residence based on their relationship to the person sponsoring them. Immediate relatives of U.S. citizens can usually file their applications right away. Immediate relatives are defined as a) spouses, b) unmarried children under 21 years old, and c) parents. Other types of family members, such as children who are over 21 or brothers and sisters of U.S. citizens, may have to "wait in line" until they become eligible to file their application for permanent residence.

Our services also include helping clients apply for naturalization, obtaining certificates of citizenship, and resolving issues related to citizenship.

We provide legal assistance to DACA beneficiaries who need to renew their status, and when appropriate, we explore other immigration options that may be available to these individuals.
